What We're Building
A purpose-built online ordering platform tailored to River Road Liquor & Tavern — giving customers the ability to purchase alcohol online with real-time stock availability, secure payment processing, and seamless fulfilment management.
Online Product Catalogue
Browsable catalogue with categories (beer, wine, spirits, mixers), search, filtering, and product pages with descriptions, images, and pricing.
Real-Time Stock Availability
Live inventory synced from SWIFTPOS — customers only see products that are in stock. Out-of-stock items are automatically hidden or marked unavailable.
Secure Stripe Checkout
PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. Supports card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Instant order confirmation with receipt email.
Admin Portal
Full admin portal for managing orders, products, stock, customers, promotions, and loyalty points. Role-based access for owners and staff with reporting and export tools.
Age Verification Gate
Compliant age verification at store entry. Date-of-birth confirmation with legal notice — required for responsible alcohol retailing online.
Mobile-First Design
Fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Optimised for fast load times and a smooth purchasing experience on any device.
Customer Accounts & Login
Customers create accounts to track orders, save delivery addresses, and manage their profile. Secure login with email or social sign-in.
Membership Points
Earn points on every purchase. Customers view their balance in-account and redeem points for discounts at checkout — rewarding loyalty and repeat visits.
Customer Notifications

Note: Stripe transaction fees are charged directly by Stripe (typically 1.7% + 30¢ per transaction for Australian cards). Hosting costs are included in the $1,000/month management fee. The $9,800 build fee covers all design, development, integrations, and launch.

By signing below, you agree to the Online Ordering Platform build as outlined in this proposal at $9,800 AUD (one-time build fee), followed by $1,000 AUD per month ongoing management from the date of launch.

Terms & Conditions
- Project commences upon receipt of 50% deposit ($4,900 AUD)
- Remaining 50% ($4,900 AUD) due upon launch
- Monthly management ($500 AUD) billed from the month of launch
- Client responsible for Stripe transaction fees and hosting costs
- SWIFTPOS API access to be provided by client prior to Phase 3
- All intellectual property and source code transfers to client upon final payment
- Either party may cancel monthly management with 30 days written notice
- Timeline subject to client feedback turnaround and third-party API access
